YPG系列不锈钢带水冷压片机由压辊，不锈钢带，破碎辊和行走系统组成，从挤出机挤出的热熔状态的物料被压辊压成1-1.5mm厚的片状，然后片状物料在输送过程中用冷水喷淋到不锈钢带背面，持续将物料冷却到固态，最后破碎成片状物料落入料斗，注意：冷却水温度应≤14℃
