YPJ系列链板压片机由压辊、不锈钢链板、破碎辊和行走机构组成。挤出机挤出的热熔状态物料经压辊压成1-1.5mm厚的带状物。压辊采用水冷却。物料在输送过程中用吹风机吹风，继续将物料冷却成固态，破碎成片状物料落入料斗
